SWISTAK, Dr. Stephen P. age 33 passed away June 11, 2015. Loving husband of Megan (NEE Poggiolo). Cherished father of Sophia Marie. Caring son of Leonard and Patricia Swistak and son-in-law of John and Linda Poggiolo. Dear brother of Stacy (Stanley) Frye and Sarah Swistak and brother-in-law of John (Gina) and Carl (Ashley) Poggiolo. Proud uncle of Drew and Shelby Frye and Jayden, Leah, Kenleigh, and Cecilia Poggiolo.

Steve loved his wife, Megan, and daughter more than anything in the world. All that he wanted in life was to grow old with them, care for them, protect them and be a loving father and husband. A memorial fund has been established in order to carry forth Steve's wishes of giving Sophia the brightest future - full of possibility, opportunity and the love of family and friends.

Visitation Sunday 2-8pm and Monday 2-8pm with a Scripture Service at 7pm at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd. Farmington Hills, MI. In state Tuesday 10:30am until time of Funeral Mass 11am at St. Mary's Shrine Chapel of Orchard Lake, 3535 Indian Trail Orchard Lake.
