I remember Kristen planning the most wonderful Liberty Festival parties because their backyard had a great view of the Canton fireworks. Every year, she and Tim picked a theme, prepared food and drinks, decorated, and made sure all the neighborhood kids were entertained. It was *the* event of the year. So grateful for these amazing neighborhood memories. Kristen was such a giving person and loved by all. We will miss her so much.

I remember Marching on Capitol Hill with Kristen at SNAM's Legislation Conference--she was Fierce, Brilliant and Passionate--taught me how to make appointments with Congressional leaders. I begged her to move to Grand Rapids when the current director retired--no such luck. She was hard working and a lot of FUN--She will always be remembered in my heart.

Kristen touched so many lives with her kindness and generous spirit. As part of her Middlebury Lane "family," I remember the parties on her back deck to watch fireworks with games/fun for the kids as well as adults. So many laughable moments over the years, and she will truly be missed by all those who loved her. Rest in peace, friend.

She was and forever will be JOY. Whenever I was near her joy was always there and even when not near and in my thoughts I feel the presence of joy. I will miss your bright eyes and welcoming and total accepting smile. Love you Kristen, JoAnn
