Tiffany and Barb I was so sorry to hear about Little Carl.( that's what we called him as Kids ) So many memories of the golf tournaments in Ohio and Michigan as kids, and winters in Naples Florida. RIP my old friend you will be missed

I am so sorry to hear of Carl's passing. My husband Dave Payne thought the world of Carl. I always accused him of being Carls best customer. I just watched a podcast on Carl where they were talking about Carl's bat. When Dave retired from Bloomfield Township as supervisor, Carl gave him his very own personalized Louisville Slugger. Of all the retirement gifts he received, that bat was by far his favorite. Carl also taught him how to use it effectively. I am sorry for your loss, he will be missed. Sincerely, Debbie Payne

Carl was my friend and customer for more then twenty years. He was one of the most influential people in my career in the golf business. He will be missed by all. My thoughts and prayers go out to Tiffany and his family. Carl thank you for everything you have done for me and my family.

Carl was one of a kind and a force of nature. Always enjoyed my meetings with Carl at the PGA Show or anytime. And often a coney at Pete's on Huron St. My sincere condolences to the Rose family. He made life better for others..

Carl was a true icon in the golf industry and a respected business man. He will be dearly missed by many in the golf community. I met Carl when he was about 20. We snowmobiled together many times in the 80's and 90's. We moved to the west side of the state, so I've rarely seen Carl since. I've met very few people with such great humor, passion, and zest for life. Carl is one of my most unforgettable people. I'm truly sorry for this loss to his family, friends, employees, and suppliers. He touched so many lives. God Bless Carl and all who loved him.

Carl was the warmest, most lovely people I have ever known.....and he was funny, really funny. He absolutely won the lottery when he married Tiffany. I'll never forget how nice he always was to me and I am so very sorry for his family...He will live on thru so many things and so many people...Carl truly loved life and was the epitome of a life well lived !
