I had the pleasure of working with Dale when he was at West Bloomfield rehab. He was so motivated to get better and he worked hard. He was always very kind to me always taking my hand to hold even when he couldn't find the words to express what he wanted to say. It sounds like he was an extraordinary man and it was a pleasure to meet him and work with him for the time I did. Sending thoughts and prayers to the family.

We will miss him very much for his knowledge and sense of humor.
