Raymond A. Skiba, age 95 of Canton, passed away March 30, 2025.

Ray was a Korean War veteran, proudly serving in the U.S. Army. He earned two master's degrees and had a successful career in management and engineering. Ray was a true sports enthusiast and was a longtime U of M season ticket holder. He also enjoyed golfing and loved to spend time outdoors.  

Ray was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy for 62 years. Loving father of Michael (Donna) and Susan Skiba. Dear grandfather of Hilary (Chris) Kemp and great-grandfather of Max, Easton and Lucy Kemp. Brother of Marie Forman, Elaine Baldridge and the late John Skiba. Also survived by his great grand dog, Rex.

Visitation for Ray will be held on Thursday, April 3rd, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCabe Funeral Home, 851 N. Canton Center Rd., Canton. Visitation will continue at the funeral home on Friday, April 4th, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Military Honors at 12:00 p.m. He will be laid to rest in Roseland Park Cemetery, Berkley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ray's name can be made to Angela Hospice.
