Beth Ann Yuhas, age 67 of Canton, passed away March 27, 2025. She was born on December 19, 1957, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Kay and Jacob Stoner. Raised in Saginaw, she graduated from high school there and went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from Michigan State University in 1982.

While at Michigan State, Beth met the love of her life, Steven Yuhas, in a lab class. The two were married on June 24, 1989, in Beth’s hometown of Saginaw. The couple was soon blessed with three children: Nicole, Alex, and Jillian.

Beth had a wide range of interests that brought her joy throughout her life. She was an avid reader, especially of mysteries, and enjoyed the theater, with musicals like Mamma Mia and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat among her favorites. A proud Michigan State alum, she loved supporting Spartan athletics, attending football games, and tailgating with friends and family.

In her spare time, Beth found joy in crafting and scrapbooking, creating beautiful memories for herself and others. But her greatest joy came from being a grandmother. As “Gigi,” she cherished every moment spent with her beloved grandchildren, who brought her immense happiness and pride.

Beth will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her legacy of love, kindness, and joy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Beth was the beloved wife of Steven Yuhas of 35 years. Loving mother of Nicole (Jordon) Birman, Alex Yuhas, and Jillian Yuhas. Proud Gigi of Sophia and Lily Birman. Dearest sister of Andrew, Amy, and Patrick. She is also survived by many extended family members and her four-legged companion, her dog, Remi.

Memorial Visitation for Beth will be held Saturday, April 5th, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. at McCabe Funeral Home, 851 N. Canton Center Rd., Canton.
