Kathleen “Kathy” Ann Snyder, age 69 of Canton, passed away January 15, 2025, with her daughters and son-in-law by her side.

Born on September 22, 1955, in Detroit, Michigan, Kathy was the beloved daughter of Ralph and Gloria Trudell. She touched the lives of many with her kindhearted, warm, and easygoing nature. Kathy had an incredible ability to make everyone around her feel welcome, and her presence brought joy to all who knew her.

Kathy's love for family and friends was unmatched, and she cherished every moment spent with her loved ones. Whether on the golf course, at one of the family cottages, or traveling to a warm destination, she found great joy in creating lasting memories with those she cared for most.

She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and the ability to make those around her feel truly seen and appreciated. Kathy will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who will forever remember her gentle spirit and her unwavering warmth.

Kathy was the beloved wife of the late Robert F. Snyder. Loving mother of Katie (Josh) and Megan (Jen). Dearest sister of Ray (Maggie), Mary (Greg), Sharon (Bob), Jack (Lili), Tim (Terry), and Jane. Daughter-in-law to Jack and Ila Snyder, sister-in-law of Pam (the late Bob), Richard, and the late Jeff (Beth). Cherished aunt and great aunt to many.

Visitation for Kathy will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. at McCabe Funeral Home, 851 N. Canton Center Rd., Canton. She will be laid to rest in Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Brownstown Township, Michigan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Kathy's name may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
