Karen Katherine Guenther, age 77, of Canton, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2025.

Karen was a loving wife, devoted mother, and cherished grandmother. Family meant the world to her, and her warmth and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Karen found joy in her creative hobbies, including knitting, cross-stitching, and quilting. She had a special talent for making beautiful, handmade pieces that reflected her thoughtful nature and attention to detail.

Karen’s legacy will live on through her family, who she always put first, and the many memories of love and laughter shared with them.

Karen was the beloved wife of Walter for 56 years. Loving mother of Walter III, Donna, and Philip (Rachel) Guenther. Proud grandmother of Kyrie, Robert, Charlotte, and Isla. Dearest sister of Judith, Susan, and the late Ronald. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in Karen’s name may be directed to Angela’s Hospice or Alzheimer’s Association Michigan Chapter.
