Joselito M. Toje, age 67 of Oak Park, passed away May 7, 2024. He was born June 6, 1956 in Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines to Arcadio and Unicima Toje.

Joselito was a graduate of Nueva Vizcaya Institute in Aritao. He continued his education at FEATI University in Manila, where he studied radio operations. Once he settled in the United States, Joselito dedicated many years to his career as a Hi-Lo driver in the automotive industry.

With his outgoing and friendly personality, Joselito was truly the life of the party. He had an unforgettable voice that carried through any crowd and effortlessly commanded the attention of those who surrounded him. He loved to sing, especially karaoke and enjoyed fishing, driving his van, and playing cards with friends. He was a good father and family man, always cooking to make sure no one went hungry. Memories of Joselito will live on in the hearts of his dear family and the many friends who loved him so dearly.

Joselito was the beloved husband of Linda for 44 years. Loving father of Laurence and Jonathan. Dear brother to five surviving siblings.

Visitation for Mr. Toje will be held on Saturday, May 11th, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a 7:00 p.m.  prayer service, and on Sunday, May 12th, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. He will lie in state on Monday, May 13th, at 9:30 a.m. until the time of his Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m., at Church of the Transfiguration, 25225 Code Rd., Southfield.
