Jennifer Jean Youngquest, age 60 of Farmington Hills, passed away September 24, 2023.

Jennifer was born December 6, 1962 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Robert and Judith Redmond. Her family moved to Flint, Michigan but later settled in Lake Fenton, where she attended Lake Fenton High School, graduating in 1980. Jennifer went on to study agricultural marketing at Michigan State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in 1984. Following graduation, she started working in newspaper marketing. Jennifer went on to become the Director and later the Vice President of Marketing for English Gardens, where she dedicated her time for the past 30 years.

Jennifer enjoyed reading, writing, nature photography, gardening and floral arranging, with gardenias being her favorite flower. She also loved to travel, especially to the Caribbean, Italy, and Canada to visit her sisters, nieces and nephews. Jennifer kept busy outside of work and would often entertain and cook for family and friends, as well as maintaining an active lifestyle, exercising and going on daily walks. Most importantly, she was a loving wife, devoted mother, dear sister, and best friend. Jennifer will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Jennifer was the beloved wife of Darrell for 16 years. Loving mother of Alexander (Jacqueline) Stansberry. Dearest sister of Phyllis (Randy) Forster, Jacqueline (Michael) Walker, Robyn (Bradley) Little and stepsister of James (Stephanie) Pratt. Proud aunt of Kristine, Alyson (Malcolm), Thomas (Ashley), Andrew, Alicia, Zachary (Sierra), Nicholas and great-aunt of Briar, Camden, June and Samantha.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Judith Redmond; her stepmother, Marilyn Pratt Redmond; and her stepbrother, John Pratt.

Memorial Visitation for Jennifer will be held Saturday, October 14th, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of her Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills.
