Our Scoutmaster was a very honorable man who pushed his scouts to be ALL they could be and to follow the Scout Law in their everyday life. He was amoung a very rare breed of men himself giving hard advice but leading by example always and to me he has always been the face of scouting. Rick will be so deeply missed and a void that can never be replaced. Praying for you Elaine and the boys. xxx

Elaine - I am so sorry for the loss of your husband. He was so gentle and patient. Jeff and Jason - your Dad always had a smile and always spoke kindly. I remember he would bring in the picnic umbrella each night into the house so it wouldn't tear. He loved dearly - and will be deeply missed.

Such a Warrior and Great man Rick was to all who knew him. He turned a lot of boys into men during their scouting years. He was a great friend and mentor to all who crossed his path.
