John A. Akouri, age 56, passed away suddenly on November 23, 2020.

He was the cherished son of Nadia and the late Louis “Elias” Akouri. Loving brother of Robert (Marie) Akouri, Edward (Milade) Akouri, Marianne (the late DiMitri) Mansour, Joseph Akouri and Elias Akouri. Dear uncle and second father to Samantha, Emma, Caroline, DiMitri Jr. “DJ”, Christina, and Alexander. Also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, funeral services for John will be private. John will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield.
