Beloved husband of the late Dorothy Winifred LaPointe, loving father of Dale (Sue Vigliotti), Pamela (Walt) Zajac, Lisa (Kevin) O’Tool, Craig (Chantalle) LaPointe, grandfather to Roger (Lisa) LaPointe, David (Kendra) LaPointe, Jocelyn Zajac, Ashleigh (Timothy) Johnson, Brittney (Phil) Kline, Keely O’Tool, Thea Cassia. Great-grandfather to Luke, Aiden, Gabriel, and Jackson LaPointe and Jayden and Ryleigh Johnson. Loving companion of Teresa Gouett. Owner/President of Klingelhut Brick Co. Licensed charterboat captain and avid fisherman in Ludington. U.S. Army Veteran of WWII.

Visitation Sunday 2pm-8pm with his Funeral Service Monday 10:30am at McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Association.
