Carole went home to the Lord on Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Beloved wife of James A. Kelel and mother of Christine Callender (Jim), Karen Lowe (Tom), Laurie Hagan (Jim), James Kelel, Jr. (Pam), Shawn Cox (Steve Twist), and Kelly Kelel. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and her brother Roy Poronto (Ann).

Carole spent her life serving others. She loved the Lord. She told her family every day, "I love you more!"

Visitation Friday 2-9pm with a 7pm Rosary at McCabe Funeral Home TEMPORARY VISITATION CHAPEL at the Arboretum Conference Center, 34555 W. 12 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. In state Saturday 10:30am until time of Mass 11am at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 4300 Walnut Lake Road West Bloomfield. Interment at Roseland Park, Berkley.
